“Before our white brothers arrived to make us civilized men, we didn’t have any kind of prison.
Because of this, we had no delinquents.
Without a prison, there can be no delinquents.
We had no locks nor keys and therefore among us there were no thieves.
When someone was so poor that he couldn’t afford a horse, a tent or a blanket, he would, in that case, receive it all as a gift.
We were too uncivilized to give great importance to private property.
We didn’t know any kind of money and consequently, the value of a human being was not determined by his wealth.
We had no written laws laid down, no lawyers, no politicians, therefore we were not able to cheat and swindle one another.
We were really in bad shape before the white men arrived and I don’t know how to explain how we were able to manage without these fundamental things that (so they tell us) are so necessary for a civilized society.”

Suggestions for healers to be most effective
The Twelve Paradigms: (From the book Spiritual Psychology by Steve Rother)
The following 12 Paradigms for Facilitating Healing in the 5th Dimension are intended to help you to both define higher truths for yourself, as well as keep your balance while creating space for others to heal themselves.
1. Focus on Empowerment.
Healing in the higher vibrations of the New Earth can only take place when each person holds their own power. This means that our first concern and our first intent must always be to find ways to facilitate others without taking their power from them.
2. Healing by Request.
Henceforth, all healing facilitation must be by request only. It is no longer possible in the new energy to facilitate healing for another without their specifically requesting it.
3. Intent.
In the New Energy, it is only possible to facilitate healing with the highest intent. Remember – on the New Planet Earth. . . there will be no more secrets. Thus, as facilitators, we must allow ourselves and our motivations to be fully apparent.
4. Perception.
Understand that illness is not always a sign that something is wrong. There are times when illness is necessary to facilitate change, and our role is merely to help facilitate that process. It’s important to recognize that illness is only one state of health, and that a healing facilitator must learn to work with all states in order to create environments where health prevails.
5. Truth.
As a facilitator it is important to always speak one’s own truth. Yet, in doing so, we must acknowledge that truth is always a work in progress. Thus, leave yourself room for growth in the words you speak, and speak your truth in a fashion that allows others to stand in their own truth without feeling threatened by yours. Honor all flavors of the truth, no matter how different they may seem from your own. Remember – competition is only an illusion of polarity on the Gameboard.
6. Balanced Ego.
A balanced ego is necessary in order to facilitate healing. Thus, as facilitators, it is necessary for us to check our egos often and to examine truthfully our own motivations for our actions or words. If our ego grows too big, it will cut us off from our source. Yet, if it is not big enough, we will never take our place as a healer.
7. Discernment.
We must learn to practice the art of discernment in making choices without judgment; to monitor carefully what enters our field, and to be discriminating about choosing only those things and ideas that complement our own vibration. Everything else should be released without judgment. We do not have to be a part of everything. Rather, we must learn to choose only what feeds and nurtures us.
8. Creating Safe Space.
The wisest words that a facilitator can use are: “I do not know.” Thus, even as we are teaching, we must make space for the empowerment of others. None of us has all of the answers, but together, all of us have access to all of the answers.
9. Vulnerability.
Our true strength as healers lies in being able to be vulnerable. It is our humanness that makes us special. We must learn to let this shine through in all that we do, and to share mistakes openly with others. In this way, our perceived weaknesses will soon become our greatest strengths.
10. Mastery of Thought.
Remember – we may not have control over the thoughts that enter our heads, but we do have complete control over what stays there. Thus it is our responsibility to become a master of our own thoughts and to share this process with those with whom we work.
11. Motivation.
It’s important to understand that everyone has the same base motivation. Fundamentally, we are all like little children, fumbling around in a darkened room, searching for the door back into the light. The easiest way to find the Light while not hurting one another is to hold hands.
12. Responsibility.
It is not possible to heal another. It is only possible to create and offer them space in which to heal themselves, if they so choose. So do not take responsibility for the healing of anyone other than yourself. If you should find yourself drained of energy by your clients it is because you are taking responsibility for their healing. Remember that responsibility is the balance of power. Help those you facilitate to take responsibility for their own healing so that they may hold their true power.

Lawns and Humor
GOD AND ST. FRANCIS DISCUSSING LAWNS
GOD: Francis, you know all about gardens and nature. What in the world is going on down there? What happened to the dandelions, violets, thistle and stuff I started eons ago? I had a perfect, no-maintenance garden plan. Those plants grow in any type of soil, withstand drought and multiply with abandon. The nectar from the long lasting blossoms attracts butterflies, honey bees and flocks of songbirds. I expected to see a vast garden of colors by now. But all I see are these green rectangles.
ST. FRANCIS: It’s the tribes that settled there, Lord. The Suburbanites. They started calling your flowers “weeds” and went to great lengths to kill them and replace them with grass.
GOD: Grass? But it’s so boring. It’s not colorful. It doesn’t attract butterflies, birds and bees, only grubs and sod worms. It’s temperamental with temperatures. Do these Suburbanites really want all that grass growing there?
ST. FRANCIS: Apparently so, Lord. They go to great pains to grow it and keep it green. They begin each spring by fertilizing grass and poisoning any other plant that crops up in the lawn.
GOD: The spring rains and warm weather probably make grass grow really fast. That must make the Suburbanites happy.
ST. FRANCIS: Apparently not, Lord. As soon as it grows a little, they cut it-sometimes twice a week.
GOD: They cut it? Do they then bale it like hay?
ST. FRANCIS: Not exactly, Lord. Most of them rake it up and put it in bags.
GOD: They bag it? Why? Is it a cash crop? Do they sell it?
ST. FRANCIS: No Sir. Just the opposite. They pay to throw it away.
GOD: Now let me get this straight. They fertilize grass so it will grow. And when it does grow, they cut it off and pay to throw it away?
ST. FRANCIS: Yes, Sir.
GOD: These Suburbanites must be relieved in the summer when we cut back on the rain and turn up the heat. That surely slows the growth and saves them a lot of work.
ST. FRANCIS: You aren’t going to believe this Lord. When the grass stops growing so fast, they drag out hoses and pay more money to water it so they can continue to mow it and pay to get rid of it.
GOD: What nonsense. At least they kept some of the trees. That was a sheer stroke of genius, if I do say so myself. The trees grow leaves in the spring to provide beauty and shade in the summer. In the autumn they fall to the ground and form a natural blanket to keep moisture in the soil and protect the trees and bushes. Plus, as they rot, the leaves form compost to enhance the soil. It’s a natural circle of life.
ST. FRANCIS: You better sit down, Lord. The Suburbanites have drawn a new circle. As soon as the leaves fall, they rake them into great piles and pay to have them hauled away.
GOD: No. What do they do to protect the shrub and tree roots in the winter and to keep the soil moist and loose?
ST. FRANCIS: After throwing away the leaves, they go out and buy something which they call mulch. They haul it home and spread it around in place of the leaves.
GOD: And where do they get this mulch?
ST. FRANCIS: They cut down trees and grind them up to make the mulch.
GOD: Enough. I don’t want to think about this anymore. St. Catherine, you’re in charge of the arts. What movie have they scheduled for us tonight?”
ST. CATHERINE: “Dumb and Dumber”, Lord. It’s a really stupid movie about…..
GOD: Never mind, I think I just heard the whole story from St. Francis.
Becoming Aware
Becoming Aware of Becoming Aware by Jim Self
A shift is occurring within the hearts of humanity. We are finding a new passion within and recognizing that who we are counts. “I Am valuable, important and significant. I matter and I have a contribution to make!” This passion is igniting within each of us. This shift is taking place across the world in every town and village and in the hearts of each child, woman and man. A connection is being made one heart to another. In this connection of caring, sharing, giving and receiving, a spark within the heart ignites and grows.
This awakening consciousness has no limits. It is a shift that is taking us all into a higher dimensional awareness; a higher, more aligned way of life. We are “becoming aware of becoming aware.” We are beginning to remember who we are. We are recognizing imbalances in our lives and asking ourselves, “What’s really important to me? What truly makes me happy?”
The answer isn’t found by gaining more of the world outside but in gaining more of the “me” within. In our rush to the top we have left a part of ourselves behind. We have traded respect for competition, kindness for advantage, and giving for taking. We’ve lost touch with our “Inner Guidance,” which always directs us to a higher, more vibrant place. This higher place is a place where cooperation, support and understanding create deeper trust, friendship and compassion. From one way of life toward another.
This transition is not only altering our consciousness, it is changing the world around us. A shift, by definition, is the “movement from one position to another” or a “change in direction.” The third-dimensional world as we have known it is crumbling around us. The old ways were designed by governments and corporations to support and provide well-being to its citizens. These outmoded ways no longer work. All of these systems are deteriorating: governmental, legal, health, social services, education, food quality, political, monetary, protection of the environment, and more. All are broken. But now, when we look a little deeper, we find there is a new passion growing. Individuals, groups, and companies offer new ideas that clean the Earth, recycle waste and create new power sources. More companies offer employee ownership, day care, equal pay and much more.
The creation of Heaven on Earth is unfolding before us. We are at the beginning of this new way of life, not the end. But each of us must awaken now. Each must make the shift within. Many are awake while countless numbers are still fast asleep — but not for long. We will each experience becoming aware in our own unique ways. For some it will be powerful and alive; for others it will be slower and more cautious, but we will all walk a common path. A tool to expand your choices.
Allow me to offer you an exercise that will rapidly take you down this path. This exercise will interrupt your third-dimensional habits and assist you to remember who you are. First, create a list of words. Pick words that make you feel good. Select words that you would like to be known by in your world. For example: insightful, kind, respectful, purposeful, gracious, gratitude, integrity, dignified, caring or helpful. Make it a long list, choosing words that will help you remember your “Self.” It is within the words that you will awaken. Next, choose four or five of those words that make you feel especially good as you experience them. Try each of them on and see how they feel.
Then, take one word each day for a week and BE that word. Demonstrate this word in every situation and notice how it makes you feel. You will notice that when you become intentional about being the word, you feel more alert, aware, present in the “Now” moment and in charge of yourself on your own terms. If you find you have slipped out of the word, simply smile and become the word once again.
One note of caution however: This exercise produces side-effects that generally lead to feelings of certainty, well-being, command and happiness. Yes, there is a shift occurring and the shift is within you! Jim Self is an international teacher, speaker and author.

THE 14th Annual SOLAR WAVE 2008 ~ Phase Two
The Living Gaia Prayer Wheel Activation!
Equinox ~ September 22nd, 2008 ~ 1 to 3 PM your local time all across the Earth.
This is a Joyful Invitation to the Awakening Masses of Gaia to come together in ONE UNIFIED HEART to Activate our Planet as a LIVING GAIA PRAYER WHEEL! We Invite all to join together with like-minded, heart-centered souls to create an Unstoppable Tidal Solar Wave of Light and Positive Mass Awareness, to harmonize all discordant energy on Gaia, and to initiate a spontaneous Awakening of Humanity!
With the Power and Light of the Creator that is within each of us, we can usher in the age of PEACE, HARMONY, LOVE, COMPASSION and IMPECCABILITY, that has been prophesied by many ancient traditions.
This will all occur during the powerful window of unlimited opportunity at Equinox, and is combined with the multiplying potential of 13:30 LOCAL SIDEREAL TIME, and the grace-filled rotation of the Earth as a living Prayer Wheel.
“Again and again some people in the crowd wake up. They have no ground in the crowd … they emerge according to much broader laws … and carry strange customs with them … and demand room for bold gestures. The future speaks ruthlessly through them.” ~ Rilke
What is the catch you ask? Does it sound to good to be true? The fact is … that there is no catch. This opportunity is free, green and supports all living things!
There is a powerful time each day on the planetary grid where our sixth sense abilities are 400% times more effective. When we use this knowledge and join together at this powerful time, our efforts will be multiplied within the harmonizing effects of Equinox. We can heal the [our] Earth and Awaken Humanity!
Have you ever felt like you were here on the Earth for a Special Purpose? Do you feel that you are potentially … THE VERY ONE … who could help tip the balance of our dimension back into the LIGHT? You are RIGHT! You are the ONE! … but … do you want proof? You will not have proof unless you are willing to go out on a limb, be bold, and believe in the light that you know we are. Are you ready to prove that you are that powerful, and that we can heal the Earth and Awaken humanity? Keep reading ~ The Ancient one and the Earth have a plan.
Ancient traditions understand that the EQUINOX is a powerful time to initiate changes in our material world and shift into a new reality. On Equinox, the Earth and the Sun are in perfect balance and harmony, as the sun is centered between the Northern and Southern hemispheres, and centered between Heaven and Earth. This creates a sacred cross of balancing energy that naturally harmonizes the planet and humanity. For 24 hours, the Earth heals itself in this balancing energy of a Solar Wave.
The Tibetans understand the power of spinning the Prayer Wheel to send healing energy across the planet. Could it be that the Prayer wheel is a representation of the spinning Earth? Native American cultures know that the medicine wheel is a reflection of the Earth. The medicine wheel is used for ceremony to heal and bring balance back to the Earth. So why not use the Earth herself?
For the last 14 years, thousands upon thousands of light workers, peace-keepers, shamans, healers, gods and goddesses, angels, and saints, from around the globe have joined together to work with powerful Equinox energy in a 24-hour Solar Wave of Light and creative potential. But this event is nothing new. Ancient ones knew about this powerful time, and have used it to balance and harmonize discordant energy for eons. The fact that the masses are now becoming aware of this time of great potential is a huge sign that we are, in fact, on the brink of planetary awakening.
This year a group of ancient ones, called the Star Elders, say that we are ready to evolve this year’s Solar Wave to a Stellar Wave! This year the Star Elders call us to work with the Equinox, but to also add a hugely multiplying potential, a specific local sidereal time (LST a.k.a. Star Time), to synchronize our global efforts to reclaim paradise. Are you in?

Importance of YOUR Actions
Connecting the Grid, the Importance of your actions
Trine Cecilie Johansen
Connecting the Grid, the Importance of your actions
Where there is Love, there is Willingness to Change.
Love the Earth as yourself: Love every country, town, humans, animals, plants and the ground as you love yourself. If you cannot feel love, imagine that you feel it, embracing it all, and it will slowly come to you. This act will enhance your love for yourself and the Earth, and change you both, as you and the Earth are One. Earth is part of your light body and your physical body.
You have energetic circuitries called meridians and layers in and outside your body called the aura, and also does the Earth have layers of interconnected energetic grids inside and around it. You have a flow of energy running through your body, entering your crown running to the bottom of your spine and your feet and out making a closed circle by going into the crown again, this making a shape like a doughnut. You have also a similar circuitry running the other way from your feet and bottom to your crown. This is called a Tube Torus. The Earth poles are similar to the entering points in our body; Life Force energy is streaming from and to the Source, in and out from the entering points. The grids inside and
around the Earth are similar to, the same as your energetic circuitries.
Earth Healer, Light Worker
As you connect with the grids by intending, feeling and visualizing a light connection from your heart to the light layers, and send your love and light to them, you heal Earth and yourself. If you have unserving emotions and thoughts against yourself, other beings or countries, you are damaging both yourself and the Earth. Everything is a part of you. Every being is a cell in your body. Every country is a greater part of you. So if you feel pity, shame, hatred, fear or do not care for a country or a town and the beings in it, you are sending the same destructive emotions towards great parts of yourself.
As you connect with your unserving thought forms and emotions and heal them with acceptance, forgiveness and love, you also heal the global circuitries of the same thoughts and emotions, since all is energy, running in different frequencies. Frequencies are in this case a combination of energy vibrations, speed, sound and light.
Unserving emotions such as hatred are of a low vibrating, dark and slow frequency, emotions of unconditional love and gratitude are of the highest, fastest vibrating frequencies, radiating clear light. There are grids created of fear, hatred, jealousy, all unserving emotions. And grids
created of Love. The purpose for light workers is to transform all grids into Love Grids, containing different frequencies, aspects of Love. This you do by transforming yourself into containing only that of Love, by releasing all unserving thought forms and emotions. Every time you have released an issue containing unserving thought forms and emotions, you connect with the grids in and around the Earth, intending to connect with the grids of the collective unconscious, unserving emotions, and you will heal this grid with your own releasing process. When going through the process of accepting, forgiving and loving yourself, you have the key to send this out in the grid, you send healing to everyone having the same issues and emotions. Intend and imagine Perfection, affecting all beings on Earth, and Earth herself.
You are One. And when you are aware of this Oneness, imagining and being aware that you and the Earth are One, with the same heart beating, you become even more One. The energetic connections are strengthened. When you focus on these connections to the Source, the Grids and Mother Earth, your thin threads of light are becoming thick ropes, then strong rays of light. Every thing you now do, think and feel, will affect the Grids. When you hate, you send Hate to the Grids. When you Love, you send Love to the Grids. You send it to every being on the Earth, because All are connected to the Grids, they can not live without them. That
important is your Doing and Being.
Maybe you think: “If I don’t consciously connect with the Grids, my actions will not affect it”. You are wrong. You are always connected, and whatever you do affects it, consciously or not.
Do you want the world to be better? Consciously connect with the grids and Be and Do better. Transform yourself. Work with yourself, releasing all unserving thought forms and emotions. Love yourself at all times, in all states of Being. Forgive yourself and be patient with yourself. Ask the Divine Beings to help with your Transformation into Unconditional Love. Love without judgement of any kind.
In co-creation, Metatron and Trine.
